تشخیص رنگ یووکسا مدل EC500A

دستگاه تشخیص رنگ یووکسا مدل EC500A علاوه بر استفاده های بسیاری که در صنعت دارد، در بحث کارشناسی رنگ خودرو کمک بسیاری به کارشناسان رنگ میکند.

به صورتی که امروزه به یکی از ابزار لازم در بحث کارشناسی رنگ خودرو تبدیل شده است و یک دستگاه دوکاره از نوع پراب سرخود FNF میباشد که قابلیت اندازه گیری ضخامت رنگ و پوشش بر روی زیر پایه های آهنی و غیر آهنی را دارد. رنج اندازه گیری این دستگاه از صفر تا 1500 میکرون میباشد. همچنین از قابلیتهای دیگر دستگاه میتوان به دقت بالای دستگاه در حد میکرون، چراغ صفحه نمایش جهت کار در شب و نور کم، امکان کالیبراسیون ساده جهت کارشناسی رنگ خودرو، و کالیبراسیون دو نقطه ای جهت ضخامت سنجی صنعتی، خاموش شدن اتوماتیک دستگاه پس از یک دقیقه عدم استفاده، امکان تغییر سرعت اندازه گیری سنسور دستگاه و قابلیت تشخیص اتوماتیک زیرپایه ( آهنی یا غیر آهنی) اشاره کرد.

【DESCRIPTION】

These gauges can be used for non-destructive coating thickness measurement of non-magnetic coatings, e.g. paint, enamel, chrome on steel, and insulating coatings, e.g. paint and anodizing coatings on non-ferrous metals.

【APPLICATION】

Coating thickness testing for car paint, electroplating, surface technology, pipeline anticorrosion coating, mechanical equipment surface anticorrosion, chemical equipment and quality control.
